Business started its operation in November, 2013 provides services like Mobile App Development, Data Mining, Epub –XML and E – Government Projects. Currently there are 25 employees working. Total Assets Value Rs. 40 lakhs which includes Machines (Windows desktops, Mac Minis, iMacs and Laptops), Testing Device. Infrastructure includes 3 workstation, admin room, and Conference room and reception hall. Total Office area 1600 sq. ft. premises is rented for Rs. 20,000 pm. Spent about Rs. 40 Lakhs in setting up the structure and machinery, and about Rs. 20 Lakhs for executing operations on various projects. Currently financially struggling to bring up the company to the next level therefore I am looking for someone to be an investing partner or to completely finance the entire company and its management. In the coming months I am planning to convert this company into Pvt. Limited in order to sign up direct clients from abroad.
