They have approx 1354 personnel on the payroll. There is no Union in the Company and all necessary lab license and dues are paid in time and there is no liability with respect to any statutory payments. All agreements are signed and clause containing the increase in VDA and arbitration is included in the Agreement.
The total area of the premise is 3000 sq.ft. which comprises of office and training space. Total employees working are more than 300.
More than 70% revenue is from Guarding Services, nearly 25 % from Cash Transit Services and remaining from fire services and electronic security and other audits which they normally do it as a promotional aspect.
The last FY turnover for 2017-18 was Rs 33.78 Cr with net profit INR 2.50 Cr. Asking price is INR 35 Cr. (Asking price is for the client base, reputation, and goodwill of the company. Office and land are not included).
