Operational since February, 2013, the plant is WHO approved and is built in compliance with USFDA. The total plant area is 87,120 sq. ft. while the total built-up area is 105, 616 sq. ft. The unit has all the facilities for production of coated as well as uncoated tablets (2 billion/shift per annum) and capsules (40 million/shift per annum). They have separate packaging lines for sampling, dispensing, granulation, blending, compression, coating and capsule filling. Their packaging machines include strip packing, blister packing and alu-alu packing. The current number of employees engaged in day-to-day activities in the unit are 51. They have a very strict compliance to the company's standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure prevention of cross contamination and also to ensure the health and safety of their employees. The sale includes the entire plant with its current business and assets. Their asking price is approximately INR 80 Cr of which INR 55 Cr. is for the land and the building.
