Our business is basically a Stock Market Education Platform wherein we conduct Workshops on Trading and Investing in the markets.
The Most Important Asset of this business is our Course that is used to conduct the Workshops, which has been Copyrighted under the Indian Copyrights Act, 1957.
This proposal is for the Complete Sale of our Business and Assets which includes our Website (with Workshop Bookings System and Payment Gateway built-in), The Copyrights of the Course Material, Business Page, Marketing Materials & Ads as well as the Complete Business Platform Set-Up on our end.
The Website requires No Coding Experience to operate as its made on the Wix Platform which is a CMS Platform with simple Drag and Drop Interface which can be easily managed by anyone.
(We also have another option wherein the Whole Business Set-Up from Website to Course Material can be Franchised / Licensed at an all-inclusive investment of INR 1.2 lakhs. )
RECENT EDIT - We just sold a Franchise to an NRI for INR 1.2 Lakhs and any number of such Franchises can be sold anywhere across the world.
The Business Model –
In any country where there is an established Stock Exchange, people are engaged in trading in the Stock Market which makes our business not just a great business in India but a model that works for any country be it USA, UK, Japan, Sri Lanka or just about any other. The rules are the same.
We are also backed by Upstox which is one of India’s leading discount brokers.
Basically, our Course has been created in a format that the complete Workshop can be conducted within 10 Hours. We generally conduct the workshop for 5 Days with 2 hours of classes each session. So, 2-3 Batches are easily conducted over a single 5 Day Event with 10-15 or more participants in each batch.
The greatest advantage of our business model is the fact that it's mobile i. e. we don’t have to set up an institute or classroom at a fixed location and run it. We can have 5 Days Workshops at multiple locations. Just a hotel room for 5 days and we are good to go. Thus, no overhead expenses nor any expensive infrastructure to set up.
We charge Rs. 5,000-8,000 per student for attending the workshops depending upon the location.
So far, we have trained more than 350 students and generated a revenue north of INR 18 Lakhs over a period of 2 years with just 1 workshop per month.
Everything from Brand Name, Logo, Domain, Website Customization, Mobile Site, Payment Gateway, Facebook Business Page, WhatsApp Business A / c, Social Media Marketing Ads Set-Up will be done by us at the time of transfer and the buyer/licensee will be tutored to manage them on their own.
