A strong oxidizing agent (OA), used in fabric processing, is developed by an Indian company that replaces 1kg of conventional resist salt by just 250 grams of the new OA.
It is used to improve the stability of the print paste, for reactive printing on cotton fabric and disperse printing on polyester fabric. It is also used for padding, both plain and shaded.
This proprietary OA protects the dyes during the steaming of the prints and prevents the change of tones of sensitive colors. It increases the sharpness of the prints and gives excellent print results.
The most important aspect is the significant cost savings with better quality results.
